I have been a client of Rich’s since the middle 1990’s. I estimate 16 years. However I have no records of the original date he purchased his business of which I was a customer. During the changeover I noticed no decrease in the service I was used to. Our business relationship has continues unbroken since. In that time I have been fully satisfied with the way he has been maintaining my lawn. Rich responds to queries and requests in a timely manner, and he adjusts the service intervals as the seasons change. I find his pricing fair within competitive range.
